Let the words of my mouth be acceptable, the thoughts of my heart before you, Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

My Biography

I was born in Colorado in the year of 2005 to the most wonderful, adventurous and Catholic family, who I believe had everything to do with who I am and my love for writing.

In my early childhood, I began writing blogs about my experiences- traveling across the country in a 36-foot RV with my parents and eleven siblings for several years; competing in whitewater kayaking festivals as well as pushing off waterfalls and nearly touching the fur of grizzlies in Alaska; as well as dirt biking and climbing the tallest mountains in Colorado.

Well, eventually those blogs became short stories. I was already head over heels in love with writing before I started my first novel. My debut novel opened up a new realm of writing, and I grew obsessed with my keyboard and the stories I created merely from a passing thought.

“My goal is to see my books in a local bookstore, on their own little table, my goal is to become a NYT bestselling author. To inspire and reach hundreds. But most of all, it is to be proud of myself and my work, and I’m already proud.”

– Madigan Kellogg

Many things have changed throughout my life. But what hasn’t changed in the last decade of is my undeniable love for writing. In a life as chaotic and thrilling as mine, I most prefer to quiet my thoughts and write a story.
